Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia DLC Announced

Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia is already out in Japan, and it will arrive in North America and Europe on May 19. Now, Nintendo has announced the additional content that will become available after its launch.

Shadows of Valentia will have 5 different DLC packs, each priced differently according to the content it contains.

DLC Pack #1 – Fledgling Warriors Pack – The first DLC pack will be available on May 19 for $7.99. It includes a new dungeon called the Astral Temple and two new maps. Nintendo recommends it for early- and mid-game players.

DLC Pack #2 – Undaunted Heroes Pack – The second will become available on May 25 for $9.99. It includes another new dungeon called the Inner Sanctum and two new challenging maps. Nintendo recommends it for stronger, experienced players.

DLC Pack #3 – Lost Altars Pack – The third will also come out on May 25, but it will cost $14.99. While Nintendo hasn’t given the full details, it will include 10 pieces of content, with new dungeons that let you upgrade characters to classes not in the main game.

DLC Pack #4 – Rise of the Deliverance Pack – The fourth pack is set for June 1 and will cost $12.99. This one contains new story content that acts as a Prologue to the main game, with details about the Deliverance in Zofia, challenging maps, new support conversations, and the ability to control characters not playable in the main game.

DLC Pack #5 – The fifth pack doesn’t have a full name or date yet, but it will cost $5.99 and include two pieces of content.

All together, the five DLC packs will cost $51.95. However, if you want all of them at a better price, a Season Pass that includes all five DLC packs will be available on May 19 for $44.99.

What do you think about the DLC plans for Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia? Are you interested in purchasing individual DLC packs or the Season Pass?

  1. Can’t wait to get my hands on the LE of this game. I am impressed with the basically full on voice acting in the game, really well done from what I’ve watched of the game.
