Pokémon Sun and Moon New Trailer, Preload Available
The TV trailer for Pokémon Sun and Moon, “A World Beyond,” has been released.
While the trailer does little more than show off the game’s setting and some of its key elements, such as the two Legendary Pokémon, it could serve well to attract interested players who don’t follow Pokémon news closely enough to already know the details of the newest games.
Of course, Pokémon Sun and Moon are already doing fine. Nintendo recently announced that they are the company’s best pre-selling games of all time, and that the demo has been downloaded more times than any other 3DS demo.
Meanwhile, if you also want to pre-order Pokémon Sun or Pokémon Moon, but prefer digital versions to physical, you’ll be happy to know that the games can now be preloaded in North America, Japan, Europe, and Australia. Preloading the game means you’ll buy and download it ahead of time, so that you can immediately begin playing it on launch day instead of needing to wait for it to download then. You’ll need 3.2 GB of free space to download one of these games.
Additionally, if you preload Pokémon Sun or Pokémon Moon, you’ll receive 12 Quick Balls for use within the game. Physical copies of the games do not include pre-order bonuses, although Gamestop is giving an exclusive double-sided poster to customers who pre-order both games. There is, however, a bonus for early purchasers, as anyone who has a copy of Pokémon Sun or Moon before January 11, 2017 will be able to get a special Munchlax. This Munchlax is holding an item that will allow it to use a special Z-Move when it evolves into Snorlax.
Have you pre-ordered or preloaded Pokémon Sun or Moon? Do you intend to? If not, do you plan to buy the game before the Munchlax promotion ends? Let us know in the comments!
